Eugenia Papathanassopoulou: Chair of the Compensation and Nominating Committee and Independent, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors
Konstantinos Lambrou: Member of the Compensation and Nominating Committee and Independent, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors
Stelios Bairaktaris: Member of the Compensation and Nominating Committee and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors

and operates in accordance with its Regulation, which records the framework of organization and operation of the Committee, reflects the obligations and responsibilities of the members of the Committee and regulates the process of nominating candidate members of the Board.
