Regulations Nominations Admissions Committee

The Remuneration and Nomination Committee of Real Consulting consists of:

• Vasilios Konstantinidis: Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Independent, Non-Executive Member of the Board
• Paraschos Alexandridis: Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Independent, Non-Executive Member of the Board
• Anastasios Papargyris: Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Vice President and Non-Executive Member of the Board

and operates in accordance with its Regulation, which records the framework of organization and operation of the Committee, reflects the obligations and responsibilities of the members of the Committee and regulates the process of nominating candidate members of the Board.
