Listing Documents for the admission of new shares

REAL CONSULTING BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PROVISION S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") announces that as of 23.03.2026 it makes available to the investing public the prospectus approved at the meeting of 23.03.2026 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission (hereinafter the "Prospectus"), which was drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/979, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/980 and the draft amending regulation regarding the reduced content, the standardized format and order of the EU follow-up prospectus and the EU development prospectus, and the applicable provisions of Law 4706/2020, as in force, regarding the listing for trading of 9,203,824 new common registered dematerialized voting shares of a nominal value of €0.40 each of the Company on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (hereinafter the "ATHEX"), in accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 02.03.2026, the decision of the Board of Directors dated 17.03.2026 for the Increase in Share Capital and the decision of the Board of Directors dated 19.03.2026 for the certification of the Increase in Share Capital.

The estimated timetable for the listing of the new shares is presented as follows:
