The Rules of Operation of REAL CONSULTING outline the core principles of the Company’s organization, management, and operations. They have been prepared in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework governing the Company and the provisions of its Articles of Association. The purpose is twofold: to establish and implement sound Corporate Governance and to execute the corporate strategy for achieving the Company’s operational objectives, while also ensuring the equal treatment of shareholders.
