Audit Committee

The Audit Committee of Real Consulting is composed of:

• Vassilis Monogyios: Chairman of the Audit Committee
• Paraschos Alexandridis, Member of the Audit Committee and Independent, Non-Executive Member of the Board
• Vassilis Konstantinidis: Member of the Audit Committee and independent, non-executive member of the Board

and operates in accordance with its Regulation, which describes the responsibilities, duties and obligations of the Committee.
